Mr. Reynolds: Again, in the recent e-mail from Mr. Payer, it is indicated that the error rate for the batch blood test for ploidy for triploid grass carp is 2.5%. This means that the overall average error rate is 2.5%. This does not mean that the error rate on every batch that is tested is 2.5%. Depending on many external factors, the error rate may greatly exceed 2.5% or it may be considerably less than 2.5%. The 2.5% is an average error rate. Paul J.
