Do you support Mr. Goemans statement that I need his office's permission to sell any of my fish produced in non-indigenous ponds in Minnesota? 
Earlier you stated that "I would add that we support Mr. Goeman's decisions regarding licensing and permits related to your operation.".  
I would assume from your statement that you support Mr. Goeman statement.
