Dear Governor Pawlenty, On June 5, 2003 I sent you a letter detailing how the MN DNR Fisheries is deliberately stifling the birth of a major farm industry and how there is no accountability of the MN DNR. I have decided in large part by your administrations lack of response that I will tell this investor and any others that I speak with that they would do well to take their money to another state where aquaculture has a future. It seems that the farm economy is just a campaign slogan in this state.
