Mr. Goeman,

I received your March 3 2004 letter regarding #3 and #4 license 
corrections.  Mr. Johannes answered #7 to my satisfaction.  I am still 
waiting for legitimate answers to #'s 1,2,5,6 license corrections.

Yes, when you restore ALL species (that you personally approved) to the levee
ponds on the east side of the road please include the species noted in 
your March 3 2004 letter.  The temporary pond (#9) licensed in 2001 on 
the east side of the road is still capable of connecting to public 
waters so should remain restricted to ALL indigenous species only.

I have no interest in cultivating Topeka shiners at this time so they 
can be removed from my license. Please note that if requested by the 
USFWS or some other government agency I could produce them for 
re-introduction or to increase existing populations in the future so I 
may request their addition at a later time.
