March 6 2004 Mr. Goeman, I received your March 3 2004 letter regarding #3 and #4 license corrections. Mr. Johannes answered #7 to my satisfaction. I am still waiting for legitimate answers to #'s 1,2,5,6 license corrections. Yes, when you restore ALL species (that you personally approved) to the levee ponds on the east side of the road please include the species noted in your March 3 2004 letter. The temporary pond (#9) licensed in 2001 on the east side of the road is still capable of connecting to public waters so should remain restricted to ALL indigenous species only. I am including the following links to those documents for your convenience. http://www.mndnrdocuments.org/1998approval.html http://www.mndnrdocuments.org/2001approval.html http://www.mndnrdocuments.org/53001Goeman.html I have no interest in cultivating Topeka shiners at this time so they can be removed from my license. Please note that if requested by the USFWS or some other government agency I could produce them for re-introduction or to increase existing populations in the future so I may request their addition at a later time.
