Mr. Reynolds,

I just wanted to let you know we have received your data practices request and will begin the search and retrieval process.

There is never a charge to inspect data. But as you requested copies, you are aware that there may be some associated fees.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Sheila.

Ms. Gebhard,

Since Mr. Payer has not responded to my request for this information I will need to file another DPA request.

Under the legal rights afforded to me by the Data Practices Act 13.03 and other applicable law I hereby request copies of the following communications concerning HF 1029. The communication forms can be but are not limited to emails, phone logs and notes. Specifically I request information concerning HF 1029 supplied to groups and/or individuals, including legislators by Fisheries, Ecological Services or any other DNR division. I also request the contact information needed to reach the groups or individuals contacted by the previously mentioned divisions. This information requested is necessary to insure that the information provided to those groups or individuals is complete and not misleading as was the case last time this issue was before the legislature.

Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
John Reynolds
