 Dear Commissioner Garber,

 Under the legal rights afforded to me by the Data Practices Act 13.03 and other applicable law I hereby request copies of the following communications concerning my fish farm licensed number 136.  The communication forms can be but are not limited to emails, phone logs and notes.

 Specifically I request the following communications: 

  1. Communications concerning the ethics complaint I filed against Mr. Wingate on April 16, 2001.
  2. Communications concerning the ethics complaint I filed against Mr. Payer in February 2002.
  3. Communications between yourself, Ms. Bonde and DNR staff concerning my farm or ethics complaints against Fisheries staff.
  4. Communications between DNR and the MN Attorney Generals Office concerning my farm or the permit denial of 2001.
  5. Communications between Mr. Payer, Mr. Wingate, Mr. Johannes, Mr. Goeman, Mr. Brastrup, Mr. Morse, Mr. Moore and any other DNR employees concerning the denial of the 2001 permit to import orangespotted sunfish.
  6. Communications between Mr. Payer, Mr. Wingate, Mr. Johannes, Mr. Goeman, Mr. Brastrup, Mr. Morse, Mr. Moore and any other DNR employees concerning the licensing of my fish farm.  This includes enforcement staff.
  7. Communications between yourself and/or Fisheries and my legislators concerning the permit denial and the licensing of my fish farm.
  8. Communications between Fisheries staff and between Fisheries staff and groups concerning the passage of the grass carp bill.
  9. Communication from Mr. Goeman’s office soliciting money for retirement party.

 I do not request copies of communications that have already been sent to me except for 9.
